Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your request. We appreciate your patience while we complete the necessary checks and transactions.
Why We Offer a 90-Day Window
We chose a 90-day refund window because we believe in giving people real time — not just a few hours or a few days — to feel confident about their decision. Life can be unpredictable. This policy ensures that even if something changes after you donate, you still have options.
At the same time, a 90-day limit helps us manage donations responsibly. After that time, most funds have already been allocated to essential programs, including food distribution, logistics, and emergency aid. That’s why we may not be able to offer refunds beyond that window.
It’s a balance between flexibility for you and accountability in how we operate.
